Summer Camps

Join Notre Dame's summer camps. They will provide opportunities for campers to improve their skills, pursue new interests, make new friends, and have fun!

Our Athletic Camps include basketball, wrestling, cheer/dance, volleyball, and golf. They provide a great way for campers to develop the skills and knowledge to improve in their sport.

We are also offering a STEM Camp where campers will be challenged creatively by working with a variety of materials and doing hands-on activities.

Summer Camp Programs & Registration

VOLLEYBALL CAMP | TBA for Summer of 2027

The Notre Dame Summer Volleyball Camp is for upcoming 3rd-8th graders of all levels. (Please note the time slot for your specific players grade) We will utilize the resources at Notre Dame, including the newly renovated Phifer Gymnasium. Campers will receive training from current Notre Dame Volleyball coaches and players focusing on techniques of passing, setting, serving, defense, and attacking. These skills will be taught in a variety of ways and incorporated into a FUN GAME-LIKE competition for valuable repeatable reps. Our staff brings an abundance of coaching experience to the volleyball program and look forward to being in the gym with your player!

GIRLS' BASKETBALL CAMP | TBA for the Summer of 2027

It's BASKETBALL CAMP time! Led by Notre Dame High School Girl's Head Coach Jason Hill. This 5-day camp for girls in grades 3-8 will be held from 9am to noon each day. There will be activities/drills/games for girls of all abilities. Sportsmanship will headline a camp designed to introduce basketball to the beginners and challenge the skills for the veterans. Each day campers will work with the Notre Dame Lady Irish basketball players on fundamentals such as ball handling, passing, rebounding, defense, shooting, and more. There will be age-based competitions such as hot shot, 5v5, beat the coach, pot of gold, and much much more! Campers need to dress comfortable and bring a water bottle each day. ALL CAMPERS WILL RECEIVE A T-SHIRT AND A BASKETBALL!! There will be optional dress up themes each day that students may participate in to win prizes. We will announce the themes before camp begins. WRESTLING CAMP | TBA for Summer of 2027

IRISH SUMMER WRESTLING CAMP is a fun, high-energy 5-day camp for boys and girls in grades K–8. It’s a great fit for beginner wrestlers, young athletes, and kids who want to stay active, build confidence, and have fun this summer.

Campers will learn basic wrestling skills through exciting drills, games, team challenges, and live activities in a positive, upbeat environment. Wrestlers will be grouped by age and experience so every camper feels comfortable, included, and challenged at the right level.

THEATER CAMP | TBA for the Summer of 2027

Notre Dame Theatre Director, Pearson Smith, along with student leaders from the theatre program, will lead campers through a full-day theatre experience. Campers will explore acting, improvisation, storytelling, and stage movement while also learning about backstage elements such as props, costumes, and basic lighting and sound. Throughout the week, students will work together to build an original performance from start to finish.

CHEERLEADING & DANCE CAMP | TBA for the Summer of 2027

CheerleadingNotre Dame Head Cheerleading Coach, Melisa Wolff, and current football cheerleaders will lead the afternoon cheer portion of this camp. Motions, jumps, cheers, methods of crowd involvement, and basic tumbling and stunting will be covered.

Dance

BOYS & GIRLS SOCCER CAMP | TBA for the Summer of 2027

Kick off an exciting week of learning and play at our Notre Dame Soccer Camp! Whether your camper is new to the sport or looking to level up their game, this camp offers a dynamic environment to build both technical and tactical soccer skills.

Throughout the week, players will develop fundamentals such as ball control, passing, shooting, positioning, and on-field decision-making. It’s the perfect opportunity for beginners to learn the basics and for experienced players to strengthen their skills and deepen their understanding of the game.

Led by the Notre Dame Soccer Coaching Staff, this camp provides high-quality instruction, fun challenges, and plenty of active play to keep athletes engaged and growing.

GOLF CAMP | TBA for the Summer of 2027

The Notre Dame Golf Camp will take place at The First Tee-Chattanooga and will offer participants the opportunity to improve their golf skills in a controlled environment by the Notre Dame Head Golf coach Tim Haralson. Players will work on all facets of their golf game including driving, iron-play, and short game as well as being instructed on the rules of golf and golf etiquette. Campers should bring clubs, if available. If a camper doesn’t have clubs, clubs will be provided upon arrival.

STEM CAMP | TBA for the Summer of 2027

The Notre Dame STEM Camp will be led by Leigh Broxton, who manages the NDHS STEM lab throughout the school year. Campers will work with different materials doing hands-on activities and think through different processes. Every day will include a new creative challenge that will allow students the opportunity to enhance their STEM knowledge. Activities include LEGO builds, computer design, robot racing, and various experiments. There will be outdoor time as well as snack time (snacks provided).
