The newest math teacher at Notre Dame High is Coach TJ Ashley. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida, and later moved to Quincy, Florida, where he was raised in a proud law enforcement family that instilled in him discipline and integrity. His upbringing shaped his character both on and off the field. From an early age, TJ excelled in multiple sports, including basketball, football, and track and field. He attended North Florida Christian High School in Tallahassee, Florida, where he was multi-sport athlete. His talent and work ethic earned him multiple football scholarships, but he decided to sign with Florida A&M University (FAMU). At FAMU, TJ competed on the football field and with track and field team. His commitment to athletics was matched by his dedication in the classroom. He graduated with a master's degree in Sports Management, further preparing himself for a successful career. He will served as an assistant football coach and track coach at Notre Dame.
