The Notre Dame Girls' Tennis Team finished the regular season undefeated. The girls also earned the District Title and the Region Title. The girls now head to the State Tournament in Murfreesboro.

Josh Moore signed to continue his football career with Eastern Kentucky University.
Jack Boone and Grayson Mullin earned state titles at the 2012 State Wrestling Tournament in Franklin, TN. The Wrestling Team also did well and placed 9th overall in the Traditional State Tournament which includes all A, AA, and AAA schools.
The Notre Dame Swim Team finished 6th in the co-ed team competition at the Excel High School Invitational held last weekend in Brentwood. The Boys 200 freestyle relay, which consisted of Brian Delaney, Jared Scalla, Justin King, and William Debarge, proved they are one of the top relays in the state by dominating the event from start to finish. Other swimmers scoring points for the Irish were Andrew Thomas, Ryan Crumpler, Katie McHugh, Callie Voges, Alex Rutledge and Bridget Haywood
The Notre Dame Swim Team had the privilege of competing in the Southeastern Catholic High School Swimming Championships at Emory University in Atlanta. Scoring top ten finishes for the Irish were Justin King, William DeBarge, Callie Voges and Katie McHugh, with Katie qualifying for the state championships in the 100 breaststroke.
On Sunday, January 8, the team traveled to Knoxville to swim against Knox Catholic and Webb Academy. At this meet Justin King won in the 200 freestyle, and then he teamed with Jared Scalla, William Debarge and Brian Delaney to win the 200 freestyle relay. Callie Voges swam personal best times and scored two 2nd place finishes in the 200 and 500 freestyle events, and Noah Hay qualified for state meet in the 100 freestyle.
Congratulations to the Notre Dame Swim Team for their win over Heritage and Ringgold High School. Highlights from the meet include Justin King’s win in the 100 freestyle and the boys win in the 200 freestyle relay which included Justin, William Debarge, Jared Scalla and Brian Delaney. At this meet Callie Voges and Brian Delaney both qualified for the 4th year in a row to compete in the Tennessee State Swimming Championships.
The Fighting Irish swimmers traveled to the University of the South to compete with 12 teams in the Sewanee Invitational. Notre Dame won the team championship title by sweeping relays and absolutely dominating the sprint freestyle events. The team was led by Andrew Thomas with a pair of wins in the 100 fly and 200 Individual Medley, and Justin King and Brian Delaney also scored wins in the 50 and 100 free. The Lady Irish were led by Callie Voges with second place finishes in both the 100 and 200 free. Katie McHugh placed 2nd in the 100 breaststroke and Bridget Haywood took third place in the 50 free. The 3 ladies then teamed up with Alex Rutledge for a second place finish in the 200 free relay. The team’s next competition will be in early January at the Southeastern Catholic School Swimming Championships which will be held at Emory University in Atlanta.

Congratulations to Blair Barker, Grace Courter, Gaby Gurrola, Ashley Henry and Sophie Mullin for being selected to the 2011 A/AA All-State Soccer Team.
David Weeks has committed to play college golf next year for Jacksonville State University.
Congratulations to Justin King, Jared Scalla, and William Debarge who qualified for the 2012 Tennessee State High School Meet at the McCallie High School Invitational this past weekend, a meet that included 33 teams and over 500 athletes. Noah Hay teamed up with the 3 state qualifiers to take 4th place in the 200 free relay and Katie McHugh, Ryan Crumpler and Andrew Thomas also scored for the Irish in their individual events.
Swimming - Boys' and Girls' Swim Teams received the National Scholar Team Award. The girls' team had the 6th highest GPA in the nation.
Notre Dame Head Soccer Coach, Jim Schermerhorn, was selected by the TSSAA as the 2010-11 State of Tennessee Girls' Soccer Coach of the Year.

Football - Made the state playoffs and have 4 players that either lead the city or are in the top five in passing, receiving, touchdowns, points scored, rushing and tackles.
